Hyderabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th July 2025) Model Criminal Trial Court on Thursday convicted a woman and Heer Bhai for killing a man and Heer Bhai for killing a man in a Paytm fight between Dadan Shah area of children on June 11, 2022.
For details, Judge Taswar Ali Rajput found Muhammad Asif and his sister Shazia Yasinu guilty of brutally killing Asad Ali Borrano with a sickle.
The judge said in the order that Bano was started when he was trying to separate the fight between himself and Shazia’s children.
Shazia handed over a sickle to his brother Asif on his behalf and asked him to attack the box.
The Eye witnesses try to intervene and save Borono, Witnesses Jan Muhammad and Hamid Ali, but Asif succeeded in getting sick on Bano’s neck.
The judge hanged Asif and Shazia to death.
Both have been ordered to pay compensation of Rs 1 million for each to Borono’s family, causing them to undergo a 6 -month improvement.
Shazia’s couple were taken into police custody and the woman was sent to jail, who was in police custody.
