Wildlife Department Arrest 7 Ilogal Hunters

Lahore, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 27th July 2025) Wildlife Department DG Mobin Ilahi said on Sunday that on the instructions of Senior Minister Marrium Aurangzeb, a comb operation in the province continued successfully.

Talking to the APP, Mubin Ilahi said that the Wildlife Department has performed a comb operation, in which 7 alone hunters were arrested, and about a dozen birds were woken up. He said that it was successfully operated in Gujranwala, Narowal, Rajanpur, Muzaffargarh and DG Khan. While drowning the operation, 7 Ilogal Hunters were demolished and about a dozen pheasant, parrots and pigeons were remembered.

The acquired Warliff Act had more than one lakh rupees to violate the Act, and all wind birds were left in their natural environment.

Wildlife Rangers Narowal rescued a Pangolin who wandered from his residence in Zafarwal.

Pangolin was also released in its residence. The DG of the Wildlife Department said that Igal hunting, trade and smuggling are prohibited in Punjab, and recovery of protected wild animals and birds will be ensured.
