The ROC Nation has denied any involvement in the case filed against Raper Fate, and requested that all claims be dismissed against it. The case, filed on June 19, 2025, is the name of the ROC Nation as it became the administrative company in 2017.
Raper Fate, a longtime hypeman, Terrison Dickson, filed a federal lawsuit that faced forced, unpaid wages, and serious mismanagement, including claims of S*X smuggling and financial exploitation. Dickson, which worked with Fat from 2005 to 2020, is looking for 20 million damages.
Dickson has alleged that over the years, he was subjected to more than 4,000 unanimous actions, some allegedly included minors, and claims that he was refused to compensate during psychologically manipulation. Its complaint has made the allegations as part of the wider re -racing enterprise, and it also includes the ROC Nation, a entertainment company set up by the JZ.
ROC Nation Fat that refuses to be involved in legalism, motion of files to dismiss
In a movement filed on June 23, 2025, the ROC Nation asked the court to reject all claims against the company, calling all claims against the company “irrational”. As the Billboard reported on June 23, 2025, the ROC Nation’s legal lawyer, Alex Sporo, said in the court documents that the role of the ROC Nation was limited to the Fate Joe’s catalog, publication rights and intellectual property management, which began in 2017.
Spiro argued that Dickson claims that this business relationship has made the ROC Nation involved in a sharp and smuggling operation that lacks a realistic basis.
The movement states that ROC Nation is not involved in decisions related to Dickson’s jobs, compensation, or any alleged criminal treatment. In the filing, Spiro wrote,
“How the ROC Nation knew about this proudly alleged behavior.”
The movement has tried to dismiss with prejudice, meaning that Dickson will be prevented from removing the case against ROC Nation.
The ROC Nation also requests sanctions against Dickson’s lawyer
On July 27, 2025, the Hot Navip Hop reported that the ROC Nation filed an additional movement, requesting the court to issue sanctions against Tirens Dickson’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn. The company accused Blackburn of trying to get media attention and try to use the ROC Nation’s high profile to get the media’s attention and press the financial settlement. The movement also asked the court to pay the legal costs of ROC Nation.
The ROC Nation’s filing alleges that Blackburn has a history of similar legal schemes, describing a model of launching high -level cases with thrilling claims aimed at damaging public pressure and reputation.
Blackburn has denied the allegations. In a statement to the billboard on June 23, 2025, he said he intends to oppose the ROC Nation’s dismissal movement.
“The plaintiff has no personal enmity with the ROC Nation or its leadership. I am glad to see that the rock Nation was so smart that he could remove himself from Fat Jo and his Rico Enterprise.”
Fat Joe has also publicly denied all the allegations made by Terror Dickson. His lawyer, which Takapina, rejected the legislature as a “extortion demand” and termed those claims fabricated. As reported in both the billboards and the Hot Navip Hop, Tekopina has alleged that Dickson and Blackburn are trying to make a settlement by filing an exaggerated or false allegations.
The trial filed by Dickson was tried two months ago before a separate legal proceedings initiated by Fat Joe, in which Raper accused Dickson and Blackburn of trying to extract money from “fully fabricated” charges.
The court has not yet ruled on the removal or restrictions of the ROC Nation, as well as the petition movement. Dickson’s claims are legally unstable, and no case has been announced.
