I like the question that I will guess to be a relatively junior person. Are you going to go to the recruiter’s office? Do you expect them to come to you? Whatever way, there is a problem.
Use chats to prep like a supporter for your next interview
Jeff Altman, Big Game Hunter here with another question that I am going to address. And the question is “Why do not those who recruit more with job hunters?”. Now that this question was originally prepared, they were pointed out as to why more software engineering recruits are not found in a person with face-to-face or potential job applicants, but this case is the fact that people have the question that it is not only about software engineering recruitors, people in all areas.
And here is the fact of this matter: Why do you want to meet them face to face? Are you what you go to your office because it’s going to take you Time to reach there, sit in the reception for five minutes, interview, time to get backWhat are you expecting to achieve that cannot be done on phone or in facetime, zoom, or anything else? You want to meet this person to develop a relationship with them. This is good. They are not in the relationship business at this point; They are in Evaluation business And they are trying to find out whether you are fit or not Customer requirement This inspired them to reach you.
Now if you are going to flip it around and say they should come to you, then from their point of view you are not paying them to do so. What they are being paid to do Go for a job Where the corporation wants to pay sufficient fees to them when successful and you work there for some time. While working together, you will develop the relationship, rather trust them, and can find out whether they are really helping you or helping your pockets or both.
So the reason for meeting someone from your point of view is very small because remember if you expect them to go, You are the only one they are focused on And they are traveling to you. And then if you Waste of time Because you have inappropriate demands or you are completely disabled – and I believe that there are many of you – then what they have done has been taken away from your opportunity to get other people and work.
