There are moments of travel-moving and strangely assured-when things can go off-script, truth is more feeling, not less, is willing to return. This was one of those moments.
This year, the Aegean Airlines quietly strengthened the role of Greek aviation, which sew the mainland and islands together with various new routes and connections. From Heraclian and Rhodes, now you can leave small cycladic islands without rebuilding your steps. Direct flights from Santorini, Myconos, Rhodes and Hiraqlian to Istanbul feel like a gentle node for the rich cross-kostest past of Greece. And Thessaloniki now whispered its name – two ancient port cities were once separated by the empire, which is now united by Airbus.
This was not our first flight to Azian. Last year, we dive a deed in the hope of our business class for Athens, and were impressed for that time. Then … nothing.

Let’s take a moment with those numbers. This is just a delay of 1 hour and 16 minutes, after an abortion take-off, assessment of the problem, a full passion displasation, a full aircraft swap, the movement of accessories and the eliting are involved in such a incident.
In the context of the airline, I would say that this is a practical miracle.
An apology and proposal

The security was compromised on the safety. Communication was active, not reactive. The crew calmed down. And when compensation came, it did it without any signal.
