The Election Commission seems to be active before the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, it is different that the Election Commission was sleeping in the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, now this awakening has happened before the Bihar assembly elections. Now the question arises that who has awakened the Election Commission after years before the same election or has awakened from sleep, is a matter of research. Notification of Bihar assembly elections is to be released soon, which the Election Commission is preparing with great activity. There, leaders of various political parties of Bihar have questioned this seriousness and activity of the Election Commission, and their questions, answers, protests and nationwide shutdowns. The case has reached the Supreme Court. Now, the Supreme Court is to be heard again on July 28, but before hearing in the Supreme Court, the Election Commission filed an affidavit stating that voters, ration cards and Aadhaar cards are not arguments to be Indian. These documents cannot be added to the voter list. Absolutely! Now, on 28, the Supreme Court will decide about the future of the people of the country, which is patiently managed by all.

Where is the Congress standing in Bihar between Bihar assembly elections and Election Commission riots? This is the biggest question emerging. Whether or not Congress exists in Bihar, everyone has a different opinion in this matter. If we take a brief look at the political scenario of the Congress in Bihar, the truth cannot be denied that the Congress party has a long past in Bihar politics and has a historical heritage. During the Congress rule, Urdu got the status of the second state of Bhash in Bihar, the Congress played a major role in giving its authority to Urdu which can never be forgotten. I have to say that after independence, the Congress remained in a strong position in Bihar for decades and the party played an important role in resolving public issues, but after 1990, when caste -based politics was pushed and then, the epidemic took the entire state into its heart. Political situation and public influence have steadily decreased, which is also estimated by the Congress. In caste politics, the Congress was shot by local political parties and then the Congress has not emerged yet.

I have to say that in the context of Lok Sabha elections, the status of the Congress and the proposed assembly elections of 2025 have certainly weakened. The Congress has reduced so much in the political scenario that it has now been forced to work as a “junior partner” in Bihar. The country’s largest party and party, which has its own political and influential party in Bihar, has joined hands with the Rashtriya Janata Dal to protect its existence so that whatever the reputation of the survivor does not end and is trying for a political struggle. If we review, the Congress contested 70 seats in the 2020 assembly elections in Bihar, in which it won 19 seats. The result not only showed the organizational status and weakness of the Congress, but also revealed its public popularity. The main reason for this was that the Congress had a lack of leadership which is still intact. However, the Congress removed Bihar Congress President Akhilesh Prasad Singh in the same election year to strengthen the party in Bihar and converted Rajesh Kumar as the state Congress president. Rajesh Kumar, including Rajesh Kumar, has been a total of 42 state presidents of Bihar Congress. Rajesh is the fourth Dalit president of Bihar Congress, before Mongri Lal became President in 1977, Dama Lal SAT and Ashok Chaudhary in 1985 were made Presidents in 2013.

Currently, in Bihar, the Congress does not have any charismatic and effective regional leader who can affect people at the public level, not only, but the lower levels of the Congress are quite lifeless. At cows, panchayats and blocked levels, its presence is nominal, which is the biggest cause of defeat. The second reason for the defeat of the Congress is that the Congress has so far failed to raise the new generation. It would not be wrong to say that in the eyes of the people, the Congress has become an old but ineffective option. Party activities in rural areas are limited and limited, while BJP and regional parties in urban areas are under pressure. On the other hand, its affiliated parties are not standing firmly with the Congress. Regional parties are with the Congress, but are not ready to give it an open ground, from time to time, differences with Congress and regional parties emerge. Now, the Congress and Rashtra Janata Dal have seen a few years ago, when Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Rashtra Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Yadav appeared on stage during Bihar shutdown, but other Congress leaders refused to be honored by RJD, which was not honored by the Congress. Leave it, his video went viral.

I have to say that during Bihar’s shutdown against the decree of the Election Commission, Kanhaiya Kumar was not allowed to climb Tejashwi Yadav and the Congress leader was pushed through security, making it clear that the conditions in the Congress and RJD are not visible. It has also been reported that Kanhaiya Kumar is close to Rahul Gandhi. It is also said that Rahul Gandhi advised Kanhaiya Kumar to join the Congress. Now that Kanhaiya Kumar is one of the special leaders of Rahul Gandhi and preventing him from climbing on stage indicates that Tejashwi Yadav is not the key to playing a single role for both of them. Yes. Even though Kanhaiya Kumar does not have public support, he has created a unique identity in Bihar, which has also been estimated by Tejashwi Yadav. After analyzing the situation, the truth cannot be denied that the Congress is running its politics in Bihar which is with the help of Baisakhi.

However, if the Congress wants to re -establish its place in Bihar, it will have to take concrete steps, re -activate the strong regional leadership. Organizational structure is to be improved and active workers will have to be given priority, then the Congress may be alive again in Bihar and will require a lot of time to do all this while the assembly elections are getting closer, it will be interesting to see how much the Congress will strengthen itself. Although the Congress is currently weak, but Bihar has a historically important party, although it still has a traditional vote bank and ideological heritage, but it will have to adapt itself according to modern political needs, otherwise the danger will increase for the Congress and may be clear in Bihar on that day.
