A delegation of WAPDA Administrative Staff College Islamabad (WASC) visited the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) to implement ICT-driven reforms, which was implemented to the province, with a special focus on digital initiative in the education sector
Lahore (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 24th July, 2025) A delegation of Wapda Administrative Staff College Islamabad (WASC) visited the Punjab Information Board (PITB) to detect ICT -Common reforms implemented in the province, with special attention to digital initiatives in the education sector.
The delegation was led by Director General (DG) Training and Course Director Sanaullah and Senior Management Instructor and Deputy Course Director Adaba Aslam. Participants of the 195th management course also calculated him.
Dewing the Visit, Director General of PITB (DG) IT Solutions Warakar Neamem Qureshi gave a sensible briefing on the organization’s organization to promote digital governance. He highlighted how the PITB is taking advantage of the scalable ICT solution to improve transparency, operational efficiency and public service delivery in the region.
PITB director Shahid Akram Khan made a thorough presentation on the training management system, how it streamlines training activities during the tasks, while the anhanhsal final final final final transparency.
Meanwhile, PITB Joint Director Sajjad Qureshi informed the participants to effective educational services.
The delegation also visited PITB’s state-of-the-art data center, Punjab Mass Transit Authority and E-Khidmat Center, where they were given data insight into infrastraits and day-to-day operations.
