I love coffee and love to drink coffee (with butter!). But it turns out that the coffee ground makes the wonderful body shell. It is not only the removal of dead skin cells, but it can help reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Rub coffee for healthy skin
Coffee beans are full of antioxidants and also have benefits when used externally. I even made coffee filled under the eye cream to install tired eyes. So, how can rub the coffee body help in the skin care routine?
Massage the skin helps to stimulate the lymphatic flow. This increase in blood circulation can help reduce cellulite, improve blood circulation and get rid of cellular toxins, and make the skin feel smoother. Coffee also contains antioxidants that help in excess free radicals and have a bending effect thanks to its upcoming properties.
If you have dry skin, you want to make sure to drink moisturizing minerals, but the scrub can still be part of your body’s care. The oils in the coffee rub and a great way to get more self -care are moistened. If you deal with acne, keeping the skin scrub and moisturizing can help prevent escape. However, the diet is still the best way to treat the root cause of acne!
If you have acne -vulnerable skin and want to use this as a face peel, you can switch coconut oil for something less than comedy, such as jojoba or grape oil. Rubs will not be strong, but it will continue to work.
Coffee rubbing ingredients
This sugar combines some of my favorite natural beauty ingredients. Here is what they are and how to help your skin
- Coconut oil – for naturally nourishing skin. Since coconut oil is solid at room temperature, it gives more body rub. Some people find that coconut oil really dries, but you can replace it for something like olive olive or sweet almond oil for your skin type. Be careful because the strongest smell oils can affect the smell of the final rub!
- Castor oil – naturally clutch oil and is great for skin color. I also use it sometimes in my face disinfection system … and by system, I mean a very simple step process that leaves amazing skin. Castor oil is great to heal and remove toxins from the skin.
- Coffee-caffeine has an tightening and stimulating effect on the skin. You will often find it in anti -aging products.
- Sugar – bad inside the body, but it is great from the outside because it is normal. Either brown sugar or cane sugar works well and is moisturizing. You can switch sugar for the exact ground salt of the sea if it is preferable, but be sure not to use salt on the damaged skin (OUCH!).
- Vanilla – because it emits a good smell and is also a force for skin care. Of course, antibacterial to help with defects and antioxidants to help aging.
A slight scent of rubbing such as vanilla Latte (and thus the name) emanates and leaves silk skin. It smells and looks sophisticated, but it is very simple and inexpensive.

How to use coffee rubbing + reserves
Using a simple process, but it can be a little mess! Be careful when using this in the bathroom because it can make the ground a spot. You can also place the drainage refinery over the pelvic drain if you are concerned about the blockage of your banks.
Put a handful of rubbing to wet the skin and use circular motions to peel. Rinse with warm water when doing it. This works well as a body peel, but you can also use it as a face peel to help improve fine lines and prevent defects. It even works on the abdominal area to help stretch marks.
I find that the natural ingredients work well for sensitive skin, just do not run Super Super. If you have a really sensitive skin and notice irritation, you should stop using.
Final ideas to scrub coffee
I am completely loved how the smell of this rub and how my skin makes my skin feel smooth! Using it in the bathroom is an aromatic experience that helps me feel calm and more alert at the same time. It is fast to give a great gift.
