San Francisco, (INS): An American federal appeal court said in an important decision that President Donald Trump’s birthright is unconstitutional to limit citizenship.
A panel of judges of the ninth US Circuit Court of Appeal said in its judgment that Trump’s decision “is wrong because it violates the provision of giving citizenship to all people under the 14th amendment and its jurisdiction under the 14th amendment. ,

This policy has been a legal debate for several days, but currently it has been postponed. But for the first time this decision seems to have considered Trump’s efforts and the flaws of Trump’s efforts to eliminate birth citizenship for illegal migrants.

This decision, which has been passed by a majority of one, has a nationwide ban on this controversial policy. The appellate court in San Francisco also decided that there was no restriction issued by a federal judge in Seattle.

Appeal Court Judge Ronald Gold wrote, “The lower district court concluded that a uniform initial order is required to provide full relief to the states. We conclude that the district court did not misuse its discretion to prevent this order to provide full relief to the states.

According to a CNN report, the court’s decision on Wednesday is the first time that an appeal court has fully concluded that Trump’s decision is unconstitutional.

The report said that the Trump administration has the right to review the case with a full 9th circuit, but it can also appeal directly to the Supreme Court.
