President Donald Trump can take a heart to a new Fox News A survey which shows the notation of the improvement of the economy and feelings on the economic orientation which accelerates even if the majority of voters disapprove of the work it does, does not like its new law on budget and doubts that its relations with Iran make the United States safe.
The survey was carried out from July 18 to 21 and is based on interviews with a sample of 1,000 voters selected at random.
Why it matters
The survey is a major study on the feelings of voters six months after Trump began his second term and came while his administration is engulfed in a political crisis on the sexual offender sentenced late Jeffrey Epstein. The survey revealed that only 13% of respondents think that the government has been opened and transparent to the case.

What to know
Thirty-two percent of voters positively evaluate the economic conditions Fox The survey shows. This is the highest number, from a percentage point, in about a year. On a personal level, 44% positively assess their financial situation, against 39% in March and 38% in December.
The survey revealed that 71% of respondents said that inflation had caused them financial difficulties in the last six months, but this is the lowest number since 2021, and down compared to a 78% summit in 2022, Fox said.
The difficulties are distributed evenly with large actions to Democrats (79%), independent (74%) and Republicans (62%) saying they felt it.
“Overall, 56% are not satisfied with the management that the country takes. The silver lining is that it is an improvement: 68% were dissatisfied at the end of last year, and it was 66% last summer,” said Fox.
On the key budgetary legislation of the president, the “One Big Beautiful Bill” or Obbb, Fox said that “beauty is in the eye of the spectator”.
More respondents disapprove (58%) of the legislation than to approve (39%) and more than twice as much as many think that the law will do harm rather than help their family.
Unsurprisingly, the opposition to the budget comes from a large majority of Democrats (89%) and the self -employed (70%), but also one in five Republicans (21%).

The most popular elements include the abolition of taxes on advice (70%), permanent tax reductions for those who have an annual income of less than $ 250,000 (68%) and the increase in military spending (61%), said Fox.
“The survey reveals that the largest ideological agreement is at the end of taxes on advice and to make tax reductions for individuals with low permanent income, as a majority of Democrats, Republicans and Independents approve, as well as on the increase in the limit of debt, like the majority of each disapprove,” said Fox.
Trump obtains his best scores on border security with 56% approval, compared to 44% disapproval. Voters disapprove of the work it does more on other most important questions such as immigration (48% approves and 51% disapprove), foreign policy (45% approves and 54% disapprove), the economy (44% approval, 55% disapproval), and inflation and prices (36 are, while 62% disapprove of both).
“Currently, 46% of voters approve of Trump’s performance, while 54% disapprove of. This is exactly where things went last month, and better than this stage eight years ago, when 41% approved,” said Fox.

On the fact that the strikes succeeded for the most part or especially a failure, 31% thought that the first and 27% the last with the highest share, 42%, saying that it was too early to say.
