The SWAT inquiry report reveals the negligence of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government departments and the absence of tourism police and the absence of tourism police and the negligence of not ensuring the ban in most areas of Section 144.

The inquiry committee recommended that a new system be developed by removing flaws in laws and rules within 30 days, new regulatory structure for buildings and security along the river should be implemented within 30 days and strict implementation of all existing laws should be implemented.
It has been recommended that the police should be instructed to ensure strict implementation of Section 144, the police’s high attendance and warning sign board should be installed at sensitive places and a new mechanism should be created between the tourism police and the district police.
