Tom Lehrer, Songist Song and Mathematician, died at 97

Tom Lehrer, the popular satirist song that supported marriage, politics, racism and the Cold War, then largely abandoned his musical career to return to the teaching of mathematics in Harvard and other universities, died. He was 97 years old.
