An investigation by the Ministry of Education discovered that five school districts in northern Virginia have violated title IX by allowing transgender students to use the toilets or changing rooms that correspond to the gender identity chosen.
The districts include: Alexandria City Public Schools, Arlington Public Schools, Prince William County public schools, public schools in the county of Fairfax and public schools in the county of Loudoun.
Secretary of Education Betsy Devos said the districts had violated the federal law and the president’s decree to end “radical indoctrination in kindergarten in the 12th year”.
This is a story of rupture, updates to follow.
