The Senate is considering the appointment of Trump’s former defense lawyer for a life appointment at the Court of Appeal


The Senate narrowly voted on Tuesday to start examining the appointment of the former lawyer of Trump, Emil Bove, for a nomination for life as a judge of the Federal Court of Appeal, with at least one opposite republican and the Democrats promising to try to slow down his confirmation.
