The judge refuses the request of the Ministry of Justice to descend the files of the Grand Jury of Epstein

A federal judge of Florida rejected a request from the Ministry of Justice to under the files of the Grand Jury linked to federal investigations on Jeffrey Epstein, according to a public order Released on Wednesday.

The request is one of the three made by the Ministry of Justice to the judges of New York and Florida, seeking to a Courner the files of federal investigations on Epstein.

According to the ordinance of the district judge Robin Rosenberg, the files that the ministry has sought to unseal linked to the large juries gathered in West Palm Beach in 2005 and 2007 which had investigated Epstein.

Justice Rosenberg made the Ministry of Justice for the fault of not having described sufficient arguments to justify the disappointment of files, which are normally protected by strict secrecy rules.

Rosenberg’s opinion indicates that his “hands are linked” given the previous existing in the eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals which only allows the disclosure of these great jury materials under narrow exceptions.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Justice did not immediately respond to a request for comments on the order.
