After 15 professional seasons and more than a decade in the big leagues, I officially hang up on my peaks and withdraw from the baseball player.”

Ahmed was drafted by the Braves of Atlanta in 2011, but was exchanged in the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2013 as part of the agreement which sent Justin Upton and Chris Johnson to the Braves. Ahmed made his debut with the Diamondbacks in 2014.
