New York Yankees abandoned their series against first place in Toronto Blue Jays on Wednesday and the need for upgrades on the deadline for trade is obvious.
The team focuses on the return to the World Series this season, but faces potential shortages in the start of the pitch depth, the enclosure of the lifts and the inner field. And as the front office is looking for veterans talents to bring, a number of perspectives could be in motion.
In the end, this could include Cam Schlittler, the team Classic perspective which has increased its potential commercial value with a pair of solid departures in the big leagues this season.
“He is dominant, guy,” said the interior field player of the Yankees, Jazz Chilsholm Jr. Gary Phillips from the New York Daily News.

With an intense behavior and a quick ball at high octane, Schlittler could be an answer for the rotation of the Yankees in the rest of the path. Or it could be returned to provide help in another area.
As the deadline for trade approaches, Schlittler potentially spoke of being treated and if it had an impact on his approach on the mound.
“Obviously, you know, that’s here, but at the end of the day, I’m still a Yankee and I’m trying to be a Yankee,” Schlitler told Phillips. “This is not something that I can worry for the moment. So I just have to block and keep trying to do my work day.”
So far, Schlittler has been able to do so, with an MPM of 4.35 in two starts. While the Yankees remain without Luis Gil, he could stay in rotation for the moment. But among the starters of the Yankees, Schlittler seems to be the strange man when Gil returns or in a potential trade.
