The DC auditor denigrates the police chief for an “inadequate” discipline of officers in the deadly pursuit of 2020

The DC auditor’s office found on Wednesday the chief of the metropolitan police Pamela A. Smith was “very inadequate” for refusing to dismiss two officers sentenced in the death of the prosecution in 2020 of Karon Hylton-Brown, both forgiven by President Trump earlier this year.
