The court is decision in the PTI protest case under the Public Order Act

The lower court of Islamabad reserved its verdict in a case filed against the workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) under the Public Order Act on Wednesday, on 26 November after their protest was held on 26 November after their protest.

Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News-23rd July 2025) The lower court of Islamabad on Wednesday reserved its verdict in a case fired against the activists of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Anaasaf (PTI) under the Public Order Act on 26 November.

Judicial Magistrate Muld Abbas today decided after hearing the final in the case registered under the peaceful assembly and Public Order (PAPO) Act. The case was filed at Tarnol police station under FIR no. 932, Pakistan is related to the protest organized by Tehreek-e-Insaf.

Given the hearing, both prosecution and rescue fulfilled their arguments. After listing both sides, the magistrate postponed further processes, stating that the counsel was injured after review.

The case is one of the numbers filed against PTI supporters in connection with the 26 November protest in Islamabad.

The case is now expected to be distributed in the next counter session.
