Pete Dejoy entered the role after the old CEO, Andy Byron, resigned Saturday after the circulation of a clip of him and a woman in an embrace at the Gillette Stadium in the Massachusetts on Wednesday.

“The spotlights were unusual and surreal for our team and, although I would never have wanted this to happen like that, the astronomer is now a familiar name,” he wrote on Liendin.

Dejoy continued this astronomer, a company based in New York with less than 500 employees, “never moved away from challenges”, including navigation of financial problems and the world pandemic COVVI-19.

“And yet we are still there,” he wrote. “We are here because the astronomer is built by people who live to solve difficult problems, remain late to repair what is broken and deeply care to do things in the right way. We are here because our customers trust us with their most ambitious data and AI projects. And, above all, we are here because the mission is greater than any time.”
