While investigators work to reconstruct the clues behind the mass shooting on Monday in Manhattan, a central question may be how the man of Las Vegas was able to acquire his weapons, given the strict laws control laws in Nevada.
The shooter, Shane Devon Tamura, 27, used a semi-automatic M4 style rifle and had a caliber revolver .357 at the time of the attack, according to sources of application of the law. The revolver was legally bought, sources said in ABC News.

The owner of the handgun must be over 21 years old, pass an audit check and take a certified course on the safety of firearms, according to the law of the state.
