Terry McLaurin is back for Washington commanders, but that’s not what you think.
The wide receiver would have come to the team training center this week after being confirmed as a holdout. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, McLaurin can now be considered a “maintenance”.
“McLaurin was spotted in the team training center on Saturday, according to sources,” said Schefter on Sunday morning. “McLaurin arrived without a new agreement but with a kind of ankle injury. Washington should now place McLaurin on the active list / physically unable to make a list.”
As McLaurin was not on the team, he landed up to $ 50,000 a day in the training camp. Now that he has reported, the fines will not continue, according to ESPN.

Weeks have passed without McLaurin and the commanders working on a new agreement. He came to a point where the League teams began to wonder if McLaurin could be a candidate for potential trade. Washington clearly said they wanted McLaurin to come back, but it takes a long time.
“We have had conversations recently and we seek to have more, and we will do everything we can to conclude an agreement”, ” According to the commanders, the managing director, Adam Peters. “You are dealing with a very good player and a good person, and you never lose sight of … Make sure each conversation is simple and in good faith … Our goal is to conclude a long-term business. He is a great player and we want to keep it here.”
The situation of McLaurin has received a lot of attention around the commanding camp, but the key members of the team include its position and support the star receiver.
“It’s just business in the Nfl. You know, we know Terry works. We don’t really have to worry that he will do all of this, but at the end of the day, he is always one of our brothers, ” said the quarter of commanders Jayden Daniels.
When will McLaurin and commanders discover their future? It seems that the situation still takes a long time to strive. At the very least, McLaurin is around the team while the commanders are preparing for the pre-season.
