The Supreme Court has issued an important decision in the case of women’s infertility and non -intervention.
Justice Yahya Afridi, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, issued a written decision, in which the court refused to infertile or non -numbered of women. The court dismissed the petition against non -lunas.
Expressing outrage over the husband’s behavior in the court, petitioner Saleh Muhammad also imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh. It should be noted that in the case, the husband accused his wife that she is not infertility and not a woman.
The court said in its judgment that infertility is not the cause of correct seal or non -intervention. Personal attacks on women will not be tolerated in court. The husband left his wife’s house and married another. The first wife’s correct seal and non -profit was denied.
The Supreme Court ruled that the honor of a woman should be preserved at all costs. An insult to women promotes social bias. In the case, the wife’s medical reports have denied the allegations of all husbands. Security of women’s rights is the responsibility of the judiciary.
The Supreme Court’s decision said that the woman was subjected to harassment and insult for 10 years in the case. False allegations and time were wasted. The court upheld the decision of the subordinate courts in the case.
