Spicy Fish Recipe: Red Snapper, Pepper and Limels: Wendy Rowe

My spicy summer fish recipe

Serves 2
265 calories per service

1 whole fish (such as red snapper or low sea), bent and clean
1 fresh red chilli, disinfected and finely chopped
1 tbsp honey
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
Cosbo fresh, finely chopped
1 Shallot, finely chopped
1 lime juice
Sea salt
For the salad
A rocket
1 small cucumber, chopped
1 lemon juice

  1. Before heat the oven to 180 ° C / 160 ºC.
  2. Score the skin of the fish diagonally with a sharp knife and rub sea salt in the skin.
  3. Combine pepper, honey, garlic, scale, kosb and lime juice in a small bowl and rub this mixture on the fish, inside and outside.
  4. Put the fish in the middle of a large piece of paper. Fold the paper as the present is wrapped on the fish, out of open edges, to create a boat package at one end.
  5. Place the paper collected fish in a baked tray and cook for 20 minutes or tender.
  6. Meanwhile, combine rocket, cucumber and lemon juice in a bowl.
  7. Serve, slice the upper layer of cooked fish and transfer it to a dish, and carefully take the fish bone and head before the rest of the fish take the fish. Serve with salad.
