Karachi:
Firing was exchanged between the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) team and drug dealers on the northern bypass of Karachi, who injured two suspects.
Police arrested 3 suspects, including two injured suspects.
SSPSIU Shoaib Memon told the media that the arrested suspects belong to the same drug dealer gang who was arrested in a police encounter yesterday.
SSP Shoaib Memon said that drugs named Tanzania have been recovered from the possession of the accused, which costs more than Rs 1.5 crore in the market.
According to a police spokesperson, the suspects have been transferred to the police station after the arrest and further investigation is underway to highlight their network.
SSP Shoaib Memon said that his team’s successful operations achieved significant success in the police fight against drug dealers.
