A part of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa lasted for seventy years, where the Constitution and Law of Pakistan were never implemented, their own system operated. In the northern parts of Sindh, the system is also practiced and traditions are also adopted here. Our highly respected judge, who has now become a judge of the Supreme Court, dared to declare Jirga and Panchayat unconstitutional and passed an order that police officers in the concerned area would be responsible for the person involved in Jirga.
For a few years, silence, honor murders were not reported in newspapers, but now they have again been reported as important news on the front page of Sindhi newspapers.
Our constitution and law are in the form of documents. Is this constitution and law practically on every part of our country? Our law has not been introduced in half of our country till date. In these areas, region or former FATA, Sardari region of Balochistan and some other urban and rural areas are non -areas where laws exist, but are implemented very slowly.
In this country, the law is available at expensive prices, due to this inflation, people prefer to make their decisions with the head of the region and then implement the decisions made by them. The Jirga or Panchayat system created here is the enemy of women in their axis. No woman can get justice in this system.

The state takes an oath to protect its citizens to protect justice, their lives and rights. All civilized states of the world have defeated these olds.
Our country is still trapped in the swamp of these old traditions. For twenty years since the independence of the country, we could not give the constitution to this country. Nevertheless, the country continued under a decent law. The dictatorship itself is the protector of the interests of these nobles. The Muslim League, under whose flag we got freedom, also joined the party, the party became a crisis, from all the elderly, legs and heads, and soon after becoming Pakistan.
After independence, there were contradictions in East and West Pakistan, and the reason for these contradictions was that there was a shadow on middle class politics in East Pakistan and the politics of West Pakistan dominated the feet, elderly and heads. In the interests of the Cold War, we had compromised our national interests, if there was a middle class politics in West Pakistan, then we would not have been such a face.
