Washington: US President Donald Trump has criticized former President Barack Obama, who criticizes him for allegedly investigating Russian intervention in the 2016 presidential election.
Trump said it was time to take strict action against those who make false claims of interference in elections.
He said that former President Obama was directly involved in the conspiracy and his work falls under the category of “treason”.
Trump claimed that Obama, along with former Foreign Minister Hillary Clinton and others, led a rebellion against the government. He said that Obama was caught “colored hand” in the conspiracy.
According to US media reports, last week, former Congress Tulsi Gibdard quoted intelligence documents as saying that Obama administration officials deliberately made a “fake statement” of Russian intervention.
After the statement, Trump also released an AI video on social media, in which Obama was arrested.
Remember that in the 2016 elections, Trump surprised Hillary Clinton, although all the preliminary survey and analysis were calling Hillary a favorite. After that, there was a debate in the United States whether Russia actually played a role in Trump’s victory.
