For the third consecutive season, Russell Wilson finds himself in a new team. Although his future with the New York giants is uncertain, that does not prevent him from helping the organization to upgrade the list.
Although he was not the talent of superstar that he was in the past, Wilson is always a former winner of the Super Bowl and a notable name in the League. Knowing this, he seems to deploy the effort to add more weapons around him in 2025.
Last week, the wide receiver of the free agent Gabe Davis made an appearance in the Up & Adams living room. Among the subjects they talked about, there was his recent visit with the Giants. Davis opened its doors to meet many members of the organization, but one of the great things for him was Wilson to dine with him.

“It was great,” said Davis about his visit with the Giants. “Going out in New York and seeing these guys and talking with them. Russ came to dinner is dope. Having Russell Wilson there, it was quite sick. It’s a legend”
Asked about the idea of catching Wilson passes this year, Davis did not hesitate to be something he thinks a lot.
“It’s the game of me and Russ for sure,” said Davis. “Definitely a threat of deep ball and Russ knows how to do it on the surface. Something I have examined for sure.”
Davis, 26, spent the first four years of his career with the Buffalo Bills. He was very successful by playing with an Elite QB level QB in Josh Allen, marking at least seven affected in three different seasons. Davis decided to strike the free market of the last off -season, finally finishing on the Jacksonville jaguars. His production gained a massive drop, which allowed the front office to cut the ties with him.

Although he had a dull of last season, Davis could still be an interesting target for the Giants. It has proven in Buffalo that it can be an effective weapon when associated with the right QB. On the basis of his comments on Wilson, it seems that he considers him as someone he could prosper.
Although it seems that Davis has experienced a successful visit with the Giants, only time will tell us if it will lead to joining Malik Nabers and Darius Slayton in New York receptors.
