Peshawar, (Urdupoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th July, 2025) On special directors of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, it has announced to start a compressed restoration. The renovation project for History Islamia College Peshawar to revive its architectural beauty and historical importance.
The decision was taken after a meeting by Commissioner Peshawar Division Riyaz Khan Mehsud here on Friday.
The meeting was attached by the Vice Chancellor of Peshawar University, Memeber of National Assembly Arbab Sher Ali, Deputy Commissioner Peshawar, Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) officials and Project Director of Peshawar Uplift Program.
The step follows the CM’s recent renovated agricultural institute visit, where it is expressed on his visual protection and jacquent commissioner Mehsud to re -play a similar impact for Islamia College.
Given the meeting, a compressed plan was prepared to restore the historical structure and preserve its cultural heritage.
It was agreed that the PC -1 (Project Proposal) would be prepared immediately, and the work of the project would be done well.
Commissioner Riyaz Mehsood, with project engineers, is scheduled to visit Islamia College next week, with a wide motivation operating and impaired impaired implantation strategy.
The project is part of the comprehensive vision of the provincial government to preserve and revive heritage sites in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
