Rescue operations will continue till the removal of all missing persons in ‘tired’, Chief Minister Gilgit -Baltistan

Chief Minister Gilgit -Baltistan Haji Gulbar Khan has said that the rescue operation will continue until all the missing persons are vacated on the tired site.

He declared flood areas as a disaster and announced compensation for the successors of the victims, declared an disaster to flood areas.

The Chief Minister said that after conducting a thorough survey of the damaged houses due to floods, payment will be ensured under the government’s policy.

Speaking at a high level meeting in the glass after a trip to flood -hit areas, he directed that additional machinery should be provided to speed up the rescue process.
