Rescue 1122 Shinka, evacuates 40 people trapped in the Indus River near Hazro

Attock, (Urdupoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th July, 2025) In an important rescue operation, 1122 Attok successfully vacated 40 persons trapped on a river island (Bella) Shinka in Tehsil Hazro on 24 July 2025.

For official sources, the water level of the Indus River gave rose roses with roses due to monsoon rains, causing many people to travel in Shinka on a blur (river isle).

On receiving the alert, 1122 teams reached the site under the supervision of District Emergency Officer Ali Hussain.

Operation exceeds five dos, with 40 affected persons rescued and taken to safe areas. No casual was reported.

Local residents and officials have appreciated the rapid and coordinated response of emergency teams in preventing a harmless tragedy.
