In the ongoing drive against Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), oil properties, 11 properties were sealed here on Thursday
Rawalpindi, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 24th July 2025) Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), in his ongoing drive against Illegal Poportes, sealed 11 properties here on Thursday.
Under the direction of an RDA spokesperson, Director General (DG), RDA, Kinza Murtaza, the enforcement squad sealed five properties on the banks of an Eleigal Housing Scheme, Golden City, Mauja Mohari Khatrain, Nalla Dhamiyal Kalal and the head office of five shops on Edeyla Road.
The Golden City Scheme sponsor was involved in the ILEGAL advertisement through social media, which does not have objections from RDA, compulsory No Object Seritrates (NOC) from RDA, a clear violation of Punjab development and Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land Subdivision Rules 2021.
Despite prior information, the sponsor failed to follow the RDA instructions, indicating enforcement action.
DG RDA, Kinza Murtaza redefined the RDA’s unwavering commitment to implement the planning rules.
He said that the action follows direct instructions from the Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, who has made a zero-text policy compulsory on encroachment, illegal deities, advertising and kasna.
He urged the public that they affectionate to verify the legal status of any project with the RDA before giving investment in unknown housing schemes illegally and making them special comments.
