According to a spokesperson of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDA), Spilway Gates of Rawal Dam will be opened on Saturday at 6:00 am on Saturday.
Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th July 2025) Spilway Gates of Rawal Dam will be opened at 6:00 am on Saturday, after reaching a mark of 1,750.00 -feet, the act for a spokesman of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA).
Citing the DAM authorities, NDMA has issued a premeptive alert for all relevant institutions, which is feared to have increased water flow in Korang Nullah.
In a public advisor, NDMA has urged the residents living near Korang Nulla to take precautions.
The public is advised strangely that they recommend Nallah and any temporary bridges to cross during the period of strong water flow.
