The literary assembly brought the entire participants in Pakistan and abroad to reflect Allama Iqbal’s philosophy and Karbala’s timless message.
The session was chaired by Allama Muhammad Kashif Noor al-Azhari from Al-Azhar University, Egypt.
Rawalpindi’s prestigious writer, Rehayash, Kavi, and Lunguist Nahed Afshan gave the main speech on “Hadith-e-Ishash Bab Est-Karbala O Damascus (first part)”.
In his address, Afshan highlighted the unwavering belief and flexibility of Imam Hussain (AS) and his family during Karbala’s tragedy.
It is a decisive battle between Satya and Phalsehud under the right leadership banner.
“Yazid’s rule represented torture and lies, while Imam Hussain (AS) stood as a torch of truth and a true successor to the Prophet’s tampering,” he said.
The speaker recited several verses of Allama Iqbal’s poem, emphasizing that Iqbal had captured Karbala’s true feeling and purpose.
Sheh said that through his final sacrifice, Imam Hussain (AS) was given e -potential life, becoming a symbol of resistance and truth to all times to come.
The session concluded with a president’s address, marking the end of a practical evening dedicated to the revival of Iqbal’s idea and permanent message of Karbala.
