PTI protest cases registered under Public Order Act have delayed court

The lower court of Islamabad on Wednesday postponed its cases in two cases filed under the peaceful assemblies and the Public Order Act, which is associated with protest against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on 26 November.

Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News-23rd July 2025) The lower court of Islamabad on Wednesday postponed its decision in two cases in two cases, postponing its decision in the Filful Assembly and Public Order Act, which was related to the protest against Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) on 26 November.

Judicial magistrate Ahmed Shehzad Gondal was scheduled to announce the reserve decision today, but the decision could not be made for incomplete agreement.

The court reserved its conflict on 18 July

These cases were registered at Ramna police station station under the Peaceful Assembly and Public Order (PAPO) Act.

Two cases include allegations related to the opposition of PTI held in Islamabad on 26 November.

Aadi and the legal representatives of prose concluded their arrests in the last hearing, after the couple reserved their decision.
