ATC Judge Arshad Javed ruled inside the Kot Lakhpat Jail, where the test processes have concluded the arjak during the day.
The case was registered under the FIR number. Following the arrest of 97/23 at Sarwar Road Police Station and the founder president of PTI, there were allegations of inciting violence and participating in the acts of barbarism.
Apart from PTI leaders, four other co-events-Ali Hasan, Afzal Aztem Pah, Khalid Qayyam Pah, and Riyaz Hussain prosecution evidence assimilated to establish their participation.
However, six persons were acquitted due to lack of evidence. Those acquitted include senior PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi, along with Hamza Azim Pah, Ajaz Rafiq, Rana Tanveer, IFTIHAR Ahmed and Zias Khan.
This cost led by Abdul Jabbar Dogar testified with 61 witnesses and emphasized that the confutable persons played the central RLES in provoking public disorders and provoking violent demonstrations. The defense team headed by advocate Burhan Mozam Malik argued that the evidence was provoked and the allegations were politically motivated.
