Pakistan Tehreek -E -INF has cut the salaries of employees of the Central Secretariat due to the financial crisis, which has been going on for the last two months.
Express News told the sources of Pakistan Tehreek -E -Insaf that dozens of PTI secretariat employees and honest workers are suffering from financial crisis due to a 50 % reduction in salary.
According to sources, the leadership of the party is constantly making promises to those working in the secretariat. Since October 2024, the salary of secretariat employees has been cut by 50 %.
Sources say that many employees have tolerated arrest and torture during their services for the party, and are sitting in the house besides PTI employees, against whom FIRs have been lodged.
Sources in the party leader said that the crisis is certainly, but the lack of salaries of some million is a shame for the party. According to the employees, Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, Salman Akram Raja, Sheikh Wakas were repeatedly informed, but the arrears are not being paid.
The major media department was hidden due to political difficulties, after which the party ignored him even in difficult times.
According to sources, despite the instructions of the founder president, dozens of party MNAs and MPs did not deposit funds. Sources say that Union Secretary Information Sheikh Wakas Akram also assured to pay the outstanding amount, but no action has been taken so far.
