Islamabad:
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the government is encouraging digital payments and digital transfer, meaningful counseling with provincial governments should be designed for effective and comprehensive implementation of digitization infection scheme.
In the meeting regarding the cashless and digital economy, the Prime Minister said that the digitization of the economy will help promote transparency.
All provincial governments, Gilgit -Baltistan and Azad Kashmir governments should fully cooperate with the federal government about the digitization of the economy and the cashless economy. He directed the Digitalization Transformation Plan to be more hardworking so that the goals can be obtained within the stipulated time.
