Faisalabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2025) Additional Deputy Commissioner General (ADCG) Captain (RTG) Captain (RTG) has directed the Assistant Commissions and take strict measures against the price control magistrate price -haik and hoardings.
Presiding over a meeting of the District Prime Control Committee (DPCC), he reviewed the prices, available and enforcement of official rate lists for daily use items in Faisalabad.

He directed all Assistant Commissioners and Price Control Magistrates to visit the area regularly, replied immediately to publish complaints and submit daily reports to ensure road complaints.
He emphasized the importance of relief for the general public and said that the official price of sugar is Rs. It has been fixed at Rs 1.33 per kg (kg) and should be implemented in all markets.
He warned that strict action would be taken before all individuals or businessmen invest in illegal profiteering or stockpiling.
Captain (retired) Taib Sami said that the Punjab government is committed to the protection of consumers’ interests by maintaining price stability and ensuring the requirement of the necessary.
He said that in addition to ensuring impartial fair trade practices through effective market monitoring and price control paint, it would lead to top priorities to protect against unbosified inflation.
