Lahore, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 27th July 2025) A special ceremony was successfully conducted against the militants who were in a special function.
The account for the Punjab Police Spokesperson, 42 officers and officers of Dera Ghazi Khan were awarded rest and cash prizes in recognition of their bravery and effectiveness. The award recipients included Jhangi and Lakhani police check posts, police station Wohwa, Special Operations Unit (SOU) and elite force personnel.
The spokesperson further shared that the mentioned officials had participated in a high-relation-based operation in the areas of Basti Lakhani, Daulat Wala and Kot Mubarak. While drowning the operation, four dangerous dreaded terrorists were abolished, several others were injured, and a cash of modern weapons and exclusion was given seeds.
Those honored included four sub-ingredients, two assistant sub-inspectors, twenty-three head constables, twenty-three constables and a driver constable.
IGP Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that since the launch of Operation Bianun al-Marsus, the threat from anti-state elements has increased considerably. He reminded them of the courage and professionalism of the officers posted in the inter-inflammatory border areas, calling them the first line of defense among terrorist elements and general public. He reiterated that the Pakistan Army, with the continuous support of the intelligence agencies and the public, injured the enemy’s nefarious agenda.
The ceremony was attached by senior officials, including the establishment of the excavation- II Liaquat Ali Malik, Dig Welfare and Finance Ghazi Muhammad Salhuddin, AIG Admin Asad Isaz Malhi, AIG Discipline Shista Madem and other officials.
