Please do not let the country become a forest, please!

“Although Pakistan is a constitution and a regular country -raran country, there are frequent incidents that are repeatedly violated by legal structure. General crime and murder are subject to testing in courts, but a more dangerous tendency is challenging the spirit of the country’s judicial system: illegally killed by a jirga.

These JIRGAS, who are informal gatherings of local elders, are considered the protector of traditions and respect, but their decisions are not only out of law, but also with morality. The punishment given to them is often extremely cruel and inappropriate.

There should be no place for such institutions in a civilized society. The problem in Pakistan is intensifying due to tribal system, kind thinking and weak security situation, especially in Balochistan, where diverse risks are weakening the state’s writing. ,

These analytical words based on facts are from the leading English writer, Anas A Khan Sahib. In recent times, Jirgas and his participants in Balochistan and Punjab have violated crush, horror and law, as many women and gentlemen have been killed, in this background, the above security society is reflective.

A few weeks ago, it was reported that a couple was shot by a local Jirga in the Balochistan region, the tainted. The local head and the girl’s brother played the lead role in allegedly implementing the death sentence. If this horrific scene had not been widely publicized on social media, the bloodshed would have been suppressed.

Later, under tremendous pressure on social media, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Sarfaz Bugti, had to hold a press conference. It should be said that this press conference weakened the seriousness of the cruel decision made by Killer Jirga. And was this press conference allegedly failed to save Baloch killer Jirga and the alleged killer of the girl’s alleged killer Jirga?

The fact is that this bloody tragedy shook the country. While this decision has once again revealed the cruelty and unrighteousness of Jirgas, the scene also opened that chaos is increasing in the country and the country is becoming a forest.

In the Honor of Honor, Balochistan Jirga, which was shared on social media through video, is not only regrettable, but also terrible. It makes it clear that such elements are neither afraid of the state nor cares about the law, nor is there any shame in the society. He is proud of his crime.

If some parts of the country had not adopted the jungle law and the laws of the country were equally dominated in every part of the country, then this incident would not have happened. Such events show how weak the state has become.

Even if the powerful accused is arrested, they get a VIP protocol in the courts, while ordinary citizens go to the court. According to the above analyst: This double standard is proof that powerful people are considered above the law.

The more worrying aspect is that many such crimes do not reach the media. The role of Jirgas has become very dangerous and frightening. These jirgas justify harassment in the name of “culture”, while their decisions violate Pakistan’s Constitution and human rights. If Pakistan wants to become a fair and inclusive society, it will have to destroy the improper parallel systems of Jirgas and Panchayats.

The sad thing is that when the police arrested Balochistan’s killer Jirga (including the local Baloch chief), the deceased girl’s mother allegedly testified that “the murder of my daughter was appropriate. She had run away from home, it was a punishment.”

And that “our chief did not kill the girl.” In the presence of such unconscious and unconscious traditions, where the victim’s mother is allegedly testifying against her daughter, how can the dream of social reform be dreamed?

But Jirgas and Panchayat will continue to condemn wishes and laws and constitutional decisions and actions, and will continue to end GIRGA. It should be said that if our law has the ability to kill the couple in Jirga, Balochistan, then they have the ability to kill and kill them.

In mid -July 2025, a 17 -year -old girl was killed by a jirga in Monday. Now Jirga’s killers, who have also tried and cleverly tried to cover their own murder, are police and courts. This latest tragedy of Pir Vidha also indicates how weakened the grip of domestic laws collectively in the motherland and the rebels of Jirgas are increasing.

Surprisingly, it is also one thing that most of these Jirgas are being made against women and girls. These cruel remedies are increasing the spirit of insecurity among our women. Women are being sent in the name of family honors. According to authentic data, more than 300 women have died this year in the name of “Honor Killing”.

Tell justice, in the presence of these facts and infinite atrocities of Jirgas, can we really call our country a “Islamic Republic of Pakistan”? These bloody tragedy are in constant action as our laws, legal institutions and courts have weakened.

Therefore, the state should strengthen legal institutions not only in cities but also in rural areas. The government also needs to increase awareness among the public so that illegal institutions like Jirga can be recognized as illegal and immoral in public mind.

The role of civil society and media is also important. Social media platforms should also be held accountable. A society that decides under the pride of fear, tradition or pride cannot claim development. Unless every citizen, any citizen cannot be given fair, fair and human under the rule of the Constitution and Law, no one can be given his country.
