The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has signed a memorandum (MOU) with the Pakistan Software Testing Board (PSTB) to promote global IT certification in Pakistan.
Lahore (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 29th July 2025) The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has signed a Memolandum of Under -State (MoU) with the Pakistan Software Test Board (PSTB) to promote global IT certificates in Pakistan. PITB director Chaudhary Ahmed Islam Sian and PSST BSTB President Dr. Muhammad Zohab Iqbal signed an MoU on the behavior of his respective event.
As part of the MoU, candidates pursuing the International Software Testing Eligibility Board (ITQB) will be able to receive this aspiring professionals globally recognized credentials.
In this regard, PITB president Faisal Yusuf said, “This initiative reflects PITB’s commitment to raise Pakistan’s IT workforce and to make competitive professionals globally. Obstacles and participation with major industry bodies like PSTB, we are capable of getting talented internal recognition at home.”
The partnership will send as an entrance to more global certificates in the future, with the goal of increasing Pakistan’s position in the International Technical Ecosystem and to increase career opportunities for the local IT community.
