Peshawar:
The Peshawar High Court suspended the arrest warrant of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur by Senior Civil Judge Islamabad, and directed the petitioner to appear in the relevant court on Tuesday.
The matter was given by two -two benches, Justice Ijaz Anwar and Justice Dr. Khurshid Iqbal was involved.
A two -binch heard a supplementary petition filed by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The lawyer said that the Chief Minister did not get any order in this regard as he is the Chief Minister and the Peshawar High Court has granted him security bail in several cases and he is present in these cases.
Bashir Minister Advocate told the court that the date we had received before the court order was passed earlier, so the Chief Minister could not appear. He told the court that Chief Minister Ali Amin is the chief executive of Gundpur province and it was not possible to appear in the present situation, so he wants to appear now.
He appealed to the court that the court suspended the orders of Senior Civil Judge Islamabad for a warrant arrested for Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur.
