Islamabad:
Sources claim that the Fact Search Committee constituted by the Ministry of Federal Sciences and Technology confirmed tampering and mallet in testing reports in the laboratory of PCSIR Lahore.
The committee recommended immediate action against the authorities concerned and suggested restoring the suspended test unit of the cheek after strict quality control protocol.
It was also recommended to audit the performance of PCSIR laboratories, sources said that platics testing found serious irregularities, including the test reports in documents and conversion of contradictions.
The committee has Dgpcsir Lahore Dr Qureaul Ain Syed, Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Yasar Salim and Research Officer Dr. Disciplinary action has been recommended against Ishrat Parveen.
According to sources, eight PCSIR officials appeared in the office of Joint Secretary Bilal Butt, the committee report stated that the preliminary reports were in line with the report that was maliciously canceled, not a reasonable reason.
Director General Dr. Kurin Syed gave the Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Yasar Salim and Research Officer Dr. Ishrat distorted facts with Parveen’s connivance.
