The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested nine suspects of the gang involved in human trafficking and visa fraud in Multan.
According to Express News, FIA Multan Zone arrested nine suspects involved in human trafficking and visa fraud while conducting major operations.
According to an FIA spokesperson, a rift against the suspects involved in human trafficking is running at the behest of DGFIA Rafat Mukhtar Raja, during which nine human smugglers, including advertisements, were arrested. Human smugglers were arrested from various areas of Multan and Bahawalpur.
According to the FIA spokesperson, the suspects arrested include Gaus Bakhsh, Aatil Hasan alias Chand Shah, Mohammad Shaukat, Mohammad Wakas, Osama Ashraf, Mohammad Deen Mohammad, Manu Ram and Azhar Iqbal.
The accused was found involved in assembled by investing millions of rupees abroad, while the accused Gesh Baksh seized Rs 8 lakh to send the citizen for employment in Saudi Arabia.
According to the FIA, the advertisement accused Mohammad Shaukat took Rs 5 lakh to provide employment visa to the citizen, while the accused has been advertised since 2023.

Similarly, accused Mohammad Wakas took Rs 13,35,000 to send the citizen for employment in Saudi Arabia.
The accused, Mohammad Deen Mohammed, took Rs 2 lakh to send a citizen to Saudi Arabia for the sake of Umrah, while the accused Manu Ram collected Rs 9 lakh to provide a UAE visa to the citizen.
According to the FIA spokesperson, the accused Azhar Iqbal took Rs 7 lakh to send the citizen for employment in Saudi Arabia and then failed to send the citizens abroad, after which he received and hid.
According to the FIA, the suspects have been arrested and investigation has been initiated, which is likely to make significant progress and revelations.
