8 -year -old Ian Asif Jaan, who was severely affected by eating poisonous food in a madrasa in Lodhan, lost his spread, while seven students were still undergoing treatment at the district hospital, affected a total of 9 children with poison.
According to the description, 10 students studying in the madrasa of Tafseem -Un Lodhran were allegedly ill from eating poisonous food, which was immediately shifted to the district hospital.
Eight -Year -Vold Ian Asif was sent to Bahawalpur Victoria Hospital due to critical condition, but could not reply.
Ian Asif was from Bandra Pali, Bahawalpur and he entered the madrasa to remember the Quran.
On the information of the incident, the police of the city reached Bahalpur, while DSP Chairman Circle Abid Hussain Bhalla visited various departments of madrasa and started an initial investigation into the incident.
The Food Authority team has received samples of madrasa food and water, which have been sent to the laboratory for analysis.
According to the DSP, action is underway to register a case against the people involved in the incident and strict legal action will be taken after the investigation is completed.
According to district hospital sources, two out of 9 students undergoing treatment have been discharged to recover, while the remaining 7 children are undergoing treatment.
