When will it be launched?
The system will be launched in stages of more than six months. From October 12, 2025, the data collection will be gradually introduced on border crossing points. This is expected to be fully implemented by 10 April, 2026.
Given the royalout period, passengers have their biometric data on each limit crossing ORIR individual information registered in the system, and the passport will be approved as usual.
How American passengers will be affected
When you arrive at a border crossing point for the first time after begging EES, you have to provide your personal data from your post, extending your entire name and brother’s date. The passport control officer will scan your four fingerprints and/or take a picture of your face, known as a biometric matching service. The fingers of children below 12 years of age will not be scanned.
It is unknown what will be longer on the royalout boundaries that passengers navigate the new system. If the country you are traveling is available on your border crossing point or mobile app, it may be possible to register some of your data in advance using a self-service system. You will still need to see the passport control office.
EES would track each entry and exit date and location, as well as you were forbidden to enter. The records, exit and refugee records will be kept for three years and then automatically erased. Passengers may require access to their data, requiring improvement and need to remove their data.
