Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 27th July 2025) To increase public access to digital identity services, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) organized a special awareness campaign in Santorus Mall, Islamabad, highlighting the facilities and benefits of its Pak ID mobile app.
The dedicated stall was set up on Saturday and was seen heavy in public interest from morning to late evening. Citizens visit the Handers Stall, where Nadara representatives assisted them to download the app and directed them through the maintenance of digital feat.
Visitors praised the Interactive, calling it an important step towards digital governance. Many citizens appreciated Nadra’s continuous efforts to adapt to modern technical trends and its commitment to make identity services more accessible.
A visitor said, “Nadra is setting a benchmark between public institutions to introduce user -friendly solutions and to ensure how to benefit them.”
Some attendees expressed surprise at the level of facility available through the mobile app. “It is a great relief to know that we do not travel for a long time for the Nadra office.
In the era of technology, Nadra focused on simple services to focus on many more citizens for early, easy and more convenient service to use their mobile application, ”said Shabahat Ali, spokesperson Nadra.
We are also going to reach people in other major cities of the country. It is important to do that this facility is coming without any extra cost, he said.
