Pittsburgh pirates are in the middle of another disappointing season at PNC Park, although they are equal to the eighth of the League in quality departures. With that, pirates seek to sell on the deadline, and Mark Feinsand from mlb.com Surprisingly placed closer to David Bednar as the best enclosure option of right -handers.

With options like Jhoan Duran, Emmanuel Clase and Ryan Helsley perceived as on the market this commercial season, Bednar, who was sent to Triple-A this season, is an interesting choice. Bednar has been one of the best arms of the game since its return at the end of April with an MPM of 1.69 while covering its 13 backup opportunities.

The pirates will be active, and with bouncing Bednar from a difficult start to the season, its value has increased. It is possible that a team like the New York dishes would be able to dive and take a step to contact their hindered enclosure.

Bednar is a free agent in 2027, which could increase the value that hackers can bring back for the right -hander. The pirates focus on the future and the first difficulties of Bednar this season, they could be well served to exchange it now rather than off -season.

The help of the LEVEUR enclosure is one of the main engines of the trade deadline this season, and the hackers will be in the mixture to exchange a great value for the most volatile position in the league.

Bednar led the National League to be stopped in 2023 with 39, and the teams could see the resurgence of this production on the commercial market.
