Over the years, I have created a collection of products of the duration, which make this part of my cycle a little more tolerable. From environmentally friendly options to comfortable comfort required, here are some of the best products to support you through that time of month.
Leena menstruation
If you have not yet switched to the menstrual cup, consider it! Leena Menstrual Cup is my personal favorite for a tonne reasons. Unlike tampons or pads, these menstrual products have more fluids (which means low changes throughout the day), are reusable for years, and do not come with the waste of disposal products. It is made of medical-grade silicon, which means that these sensitive areas have no rigid material. Also, once you get used to inserting and removing it, it is much more comfortable – you will barely notice it!
Livia kit
Cramps? No thanks! Livia kit is actually a game changer for menstrual pain. Small, prudent tools clip your waistband and send electrical pulses to confuse pain signals before reaching your brain. Instead of relying only on pain reliever drugs, this drug-free solution holds cramps in the bay with gentle stimulation (and, in my experience, it is more effective than painkillers!). It is portable, light, and can be worn under the cloth, allowing it perfect for work, works, or just louning at home.
Duration panty
Leaks are less important, and when cups and tampons do their work, a backup plan never hurts! Enter the duration panty. Whether you wear them for light days on your own or as backup safety with other products, it should be one.
Organic cotton pad
If you are more of a pad person, then these cotton pads of shop miss are a great environmentally friendly, budget -friendly choice. They are soft on sensitive skin, with no couples, which makes an infinite more comfortable experience.
Menstrual pain relief pills
Sometimes, you collide with intensive cramps on time, to feel that you have not charged your liveya device. I still ensure some OTC meds-classic menstrual products in myself! My Go-Two Dollar is only generic menstrual pain relief pills from the dollar general. They not only help reduce cramps, but also cause headaches and lower back pain.
Raspy leaf tea
Raspberry Leaf Tea has been used for menstrual health for centuries! This tea helps in reducing cramps by toning the uterine muscles and promoting the overall cycle balance. I swear on Yogi’s raspberry leaf tea, in particular, to reduce restlessness in a comfortable, calm manner.
Liquid iron
Are you tired during your period? This can be caused by the loss of iron from bleeding, and liquid iron supplements are a great way to help replenish those levels. They are easier to absorb compared to pills (a great break for those of us who already take too much bullets) and that drain can help combat the foggy spirit. Pro tip: Take it with vitamin C (eg glass of orange juice) for better absorption!
Warman
Menstrual products should be there to ensure heating pads, but the stuffed animals across the warmis microwave take it to a new level. Not only they provide warmth for cramps, but they also smell like lavender and are super soft and cuddly. Originally, they are essential a self-care!
dark chocolate
Do you know that stereotypeical pity for chocolate during shark week is a lot that matters a lot? Dark chocolate is rich in magnesium, which can help relax the muscles and reduce cramps when promoting a natural energy. Also, it just makes you happy! I am in love with these dark chocolate almond bars from Walmart.
When I am still satisfied with my collection of menstrual products, there are some other options that I have an eye:
Red raspberry leaf gums
Tea not a person? No problem! Pink Stork’s red raspberry leaf gums provide the same hormone-bailing benefits in an easy-to-tech form. They are convenient, delicious and great to go! In addition, Pink Stork is a brand of talents behind my favorite nausea sweets, so you know that they will be good.
PMS supports the loims
More essential menstrual products than pink cranes! These PMS support gums are packed with vitamins and herbs that naturally help reduce the symptoms of PMS – they consist of not only red raspberry leaf but also black -cohosha and evening primeroz. They are especially great to reduce irritability and water retention.
This herbal liquid extract cycle supports regularity and hormone balance. It is ideal for those dealing with irregular cycles, heavy flow, or painful cramps. I also love this brand liquid multivitamin!
USB period heating pad
Traditional heating pads are great, but a USB heating pad? Even better! This compact, portable heating pad plugs into a USB port, which makes it perfect to use it when traveling, working or going.
